Bluesky briefly suspended JD Vance’s account after joining

When US vice-president JD Vance joined Bluesky on Wednesday evening, he was prohibited immediately. However, his account was restored after a certain time, Bluesky saying that the ban was issued after the social network system which seeks attempts at identity fired a warning.

“The story of the vice-president Vance was briefly reported by our automated systems that try to detect attempts at identity, who have targeted public figures like him in the past. The account was quickly restored and verified so that people can easily confirm his authenticity,” Techcrunch told Bluesky in a press release.

“We welcome the vice-president to join the Bluesky conversation,” said the spokesperson.

Vance first message On Bluesky concerned the Supreme Court’s decision to respect a Tennessee law which prohibits the affirmative care for transgender minors.
