Eddie Hearn says that the “scene” of the weight cut of Chris Eubank Jr has before Conor Benn’s first fight “returned to bite him” after being called in front of the British Boxing Board of Control to explain his use of the sauna.
EUBANK JR would have used a sauna – which is prohibited by the BBBOFC – for its failed attempt to make the limit of the average weight before its unanimous victory over Benn in Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 26.
