The chairman of the Turkish football discipline committee resigned after the boss of Fenerbahce, the boss of Fenerbahce, Jose Mourinho, was made public.
Sky Sports News Last week reported that Cel Nuri Demirk should withdraw from the Turkish Football Federation (TFF).
This was confirmed on Monday evening, with Basbug Pinarbasi appointed president of the PFDK (Professional Football Committee) in its place.
He follows what Fenerbahce called “hostile” declarations on Mourinho in disclosed Whatsapp conversations, allegedly between the members of the committee. The TFF has been approached for comments, but he has not yet answered.

Fenerbahce is also concerned with other alleged internal exchanges which, they say, suggest a bias towards their galatasaray rivals.
Fenerbahce says that the comments “clearly violate the principle of impartiality”. They continued by saying: “Our club made an official request to the Turkish Football Federation in response to the correspondence which was made public and which belongs to the members of the Professional Football Disciplinary Council.
“We believe that this hostile mentality, which clearly violates the principle of impartiality and is based on confrontations and revenge, has no place in Turkish sports.
“The fact that the members of one of the most important councils responsible for establishing justice in Turkish football make these declarations not only the concept of” discipline “dysfunction, but also constitutes a clear attack on the principles of impartiality and equality in sports.

Fenerbahce’s head coach Mourinho said he thought the Turkish League was “toxic” and shares his opinion on the country
