The former host of “Blue’s Clues”, Steve Burns, begins a podcast which aims to continue the conversations of the emblematic show Nickelodeon, except now for adults.
Burns, 51 YouTube video he shared Wednesday.
“It is essentially a societal requirement at this stage that everyone has a podcast, so why don’t we have it?” he said in the video.
“It could be what we have always done. You and I have always been on this deep and curious investigation into our world in search of these little information that leads to a better understanding, ”he continues.
The weekly show will star the actor speaking of adult subjects.
“Previously, these were shapes, colors and letters and numbers and vegetables and things, but now it could really be death, sex and taxes and everything that makes it so strange and wonderful to be alive,” he said in the video.
The podcast occurs years after a burn support after a Viral tweet in 2021. In a video, burns sent to his departure “blue indices” While the show celebrated its 25th birthday.
“I mean, we started with clues,” he said in the 2021 video. “And now, what’s – ready and family jobs? And a game was a little difficult, you know? I know you know.”
“I wanted to tell you that I really wouldn’t have been able to do all of this without your help,” he adds. “I’m super happy that we are always friends.”
The host said in 2024 start -up In Suny Delhi in New York, he is regularly approached by adults who tell him how much the show imported them as a child.
He has also become a Regular presence on TiktokWhere he provides advice, shares his fears and is inspired while taking the time to listen to his nearly 4 million followers.
Burns hopes that the new podcast continues what it started with “Blue’s Clues”. In the educational show for children, he played a fictitious version of himself, also named Steve, who followed prints of legs which served as clues left by an animated dog named Blue.
He is now joining a range of Lemonada media which also includes podcasts from the former Meghan Markle, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and David Duchovny.
