Kenneth Chesebro, a former legal advisor For Donald Trump’s presidential campaign in 2020, it is now forbidden to practice the right to New York for his role in a plan to cancel Trump’s electoral loss five years ago.

Chesebro concluded a plea agreement with the Georgia prosecutors in 2023, when he pleaded guilty to a conspiracy chief to commit a false documents after being charged with seven counts.

The court said that the head noted that “despite the efforts to combat the description according to which the respondent was” the architect “of Trump’s efforts to cancel the 2020 elections, the testimony and the documentary evidence produced at the hearing fully supports such an assertion, insofar as the legal analysis and the directives of implementation of the respondent.”
A Chesebro lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comments Thursday evening.
Chesebro is one of the many allied lawyers who have been penalized for their involvement in the interference efforts of the Trump elections.
