Head coach of the British and Irish lions, Andy Farrell, expects his team to “learn and respond” after the defeat to Argentina, adding that the injured duo Hugo Keenan and Jamiston Gibson-Park should come back next week.

Sheehan reveals to Sky Sports that he “ despised “some players from the British and Irish lions before knowing them on tour
“I am disappointed to lose any match, I hate losing, so everyone, that’s why they are in this position in the first place.
“There were a lot of positive points to go with it, so it’s about taking learning, continuing to move forward until this first test.
“They (Keenan, Gibson-Park) are fine. Everything is fine, they should be in good shape for the Reds game.”

“You look around the room and there are so many people who are more than capable of captain of this team, who facilitates the nerves a little. I don’t have to make things difficult; I just have to be myself and do what I usually do because that’s what brought me here.
“I am a fairly cold person, I have a good understanding of who I am and what excites me. I just let these things happen, I don’t really think.
“The home phone call was something special. They are emptied, they cannot be there and they are missing the first two games, but I would not be surprised if they presented themselves.”
