Justin Tucker suspended the first 10 weeks of the NFL season for violation of personal conduct policy

During the first dozen years of his career, the botter Justin Tucker was the kind of kicker that the NFL team would like. He made 89.1% of his goals on the ground, of all time, an unrivaled precision in the history of the NFL.

However, Tucker, once a pillar on the fields of the NFL, will not be authorized near a touch line of the NFL for most of the coming season after the league suspended it for 10 weeks without salary on Thursday for what it called a violation of its personal driving policy.

The Baltimore banner brought in six months ago that 16 massage therapists had accused Tucker of progress or unwanted behavior during massage sessions from 2012 to 2016. History aroused an investigation by the League.

The Ravens selected a botter in the NFL draft in April and then cut Tucker in the spring, even if he had three years left. He is authorized to sign with a team, to attend the training camp and to participate in the pre-season matches, but his suspension will take effect on August 26 and lasts until November 11.

Lawyers representing several therapists said to the banner Thursday, the action of the NFL “validated the experiences told by each of the victims”.

Tucker denied the accusations, and his agent said in a statement that Tucker “is held to his previous statements.”

“In order to put this difficult episode behind him and return to the field as soon as possible, we advised Justin to accept this resolution and close this case,” said agent Rob Roche.

It remains to be seen if another team will sign it before the pre-season, not only because of its unavailability, because of its suspension, but also because the once reliable tucker made only 22 of his 30 attempts on the field last season, a precision of 73.3% which was by far the worst of his career.
