Lorde’s NSFW Vinyl Insert for Virgin Album 

LordeNSFW’s album, Art, does not get the green light of all its fans.

The singer “What What That” raised her eyebrows when she shared the art that accompanies her for a vinyl edition of her next album, Virginwho struck the stands on June 27.

For the special version, Lorde included a photo insert which showed a close -up photo of a person wearing clear plastic pants which leaves nothing to the imagination. In fact, the image offered an overview of the navel of the seated body, the thighs and the person, Uh, a special place between the two.

After the revelation of the vinyl, many fans expressed themselves by feeling shocked by the creative choice.

“So the new Lorde vinyl has just been delivered,” wrote a user on X (formerly Witter) June 27. “I was not prepared for the insert.”

Alongside a gif of a young boy making a surprised face, another joke“By scrolling without thinking the TL then seeing the vinyl of Lorde.”

However, not everyone was surprised by the image, some arguing that it was a clever link with the album Themes concerning the identity of sex and gender.
