The Development Platform for Leadership Ai Praxis Labs is sold at the torch

Praxis Labs, a learning development platform, announced its acquisition on Thursday for an amount not disclosed by the Leadership and Torch business training.

“As a small business with less than 20 people serving companies as large as Amazon, we knew that we had to create powerful partnerships, through products and marketing products, to reach more businesses,” said Praxis Labs, Elise Smith, Techcrunch, told Techcrunch and PDG, in Techcrunch.

She and her co -founder, Heather Shen, met the CEO of Torch, Heather Conklin, because they already worked in the development space of leadership.

Praxis Labs was launched in 2019 and worked with companies such as Ebay, Zoom, Amazon, Google and Target to develop more fair and inclusive workplace thanks to leadership training and skills assessments. Smith and Shen will join Torch at the head of the growth of the AI and the head of the AI product, respectively. The Praxis team will also join Trouch.
