DuckDuckGo now allows you to personalize the responses of sound duck.a chatbots

Since last June, when DuckduckGo Introduced the Ai catYou were able to use cat robots like Claude directly via the browser. Now, the company facilitates the modification of the system prompts of these AI models while retaining your privacy. For the uninitiated, system prompts are a set of instructions given to a discussion bot at the start of a conversation to guide things. Often they will set the tone of dialogue and can sometimes make a cat boot too sycophan as it was with GPT-4O last March.

Anthropic and Openai give users a way to personalize the responses of their respective cat robots, but if you do not know where to look for these parameters, they can be difficult to find. The new adjustment of the DuckDuckGo system is available directly via the Duck.ai fast bar and works a little differently. Whatever customization you add is annexed to the default system prompt for each model with which you discuss, which means that you do not need to define them independently of each other. In addition, your adjustments are stored locally on your device, without any data sent to Anthropic, Openai or any other model supplier. This is a small addition, but if you use Duck.ai to compare the answers between the different models, you will now get more consistency in the tone.
