A man accused of throwing a sandwich on a customs agent and the protection of American border in Washington, DC, was accused on Wednesday of a criminal assault by a federal officer.
Sunday evening, Sean Charles Dunn was held near a CBP agent who was in service to patrol in the region at the time, shouting: “F — You! You f —– g fascists! Why are you here? I do not want you in my city”, according to a criminal complaint filed at the Federal Court
Dunn is accused of having launched the sub-store sandwich, striking Lairmore in the chest, a few minutes after having shouted the obscenities.
