England Marco Penge has set a new record record to win a two -stroke advance in the Danish golf championship.
Penge was without imperfection in its Sept-Bas 64 after having recorded an eagle and five birdies during the first round at Feso Golf Klub.
The 27 -year -old had to sort the 18th hole in the second round of the Genesis championship in South Korea last October to ensure his playing rights for this season, and he has not looked back since.
After receiving a Three -month ban for betting with a suspended month Last December, the 27 -year -old had a season in 8025 who saw him note his title as a young girl in Hainan Classic and end in the top 30 out of his last seven departures.
“It is a very good golf test, especially the nine of the back,” said Penge. “You can’t afford to hit him offline.
“Fortunately, I didn’t miss it all.
“I enjoyed playing the right golf course again and running my photos how I saw it before shooting the trigger.
“You don’t have several days like that. I’m going to end up in trouble at some point this week, I’m happy to have succeeded in 18 holes without having this problem, so we will see how we go over the next three days.”
The favorite at home Rasmus Hojgaard has carded eight birdies, a double bogey and an abandoned shot to rise in part of a second place to five under Francesco Molinari – the 2018 open champion – which cut for Eagle to reach this brand.
Germany Jeremy Paul, the Canadian Aaron Cockerill and Marc Warren from Scotland also carded 66 opening to sit at the Penge.
Hojgaard’s identical twin brother, Nicolai, took place for two eagles in the space of three holes on the new back during his 68 in Copenhagen.
