Arteta has two players to blame for the beginnings of Gyokerers Nightmare Arsenal

A victory is a victory. Arsenal I will undoubtedly take it. It was not all firearms, but the Gunners moved away from Old Trafford, a match they find notoriously difficult, with a 1-0 victory on the opening weekend of the season.

This left Gary Neville with admiration, but it is unlikely that many supporters would be impressed. While Arsenal found a way to leave Manchester with the three points, the same numbers last season were obvious.

One of the biggest problems was the attack, and Arteta must find a way to obtain a marquee signature, gyker, pulling.

Start of the gyker’s nightmare in number

Last weekend, the supporters hope that Gyokerers were going to be the man to fire Arsenal on the title.

His goal of opening in the famous red and white was brilliantly taken, crossing the defender and returning home a cross of Martin Zubimenddi.

However, this same movement and the same speed of thought were not apparent to Old Trafford this weekend. However, on Sunday, he finished only one of his six attempts to dribble and only finished one key pass. Martinelli, on the other hand, did not finish any dribbling. He also recorded a key pass. Combined, they lost the ball 20 times.

On this proof, Gyokerres was hungry and probably cursed his teammates to points. He did the shopping, but was often ignored, just as he was in pre-season.

The fact is that Arsenal will have to change the way they play in attack to welcome the former sports man. What is also true is that gyokerres must improve.

For such a strong and imposing player, the 27 -year -old was the victim of intimidation throughout, displaying only four passes and winning only three of his 13 duels and only one of the six in the air.

Gyokerers will probably score a lot of goals this season. After all, he was 54 times in a net in 2024/25, but he and the team will have to improve quickly to make the ground fall.

Arsenal has taken the points, but their line before will undoubtedly be a concern for Arteta.
