White bobby recalls his late friend for more than his kitchen.
After Food Network Host Anne Burrell was find dead In his house in New York on June 17, Flay said to share his precious memories with the late chef.
“”America’s worst cooks was the funniest show on television, “he wrote on his Instagram story June 18. “All your co-animators (including me) were right next to the Anne Burrell race.”
But the 55-year-old man touched him beyond the kitchen.
“The biggest gift I got from AB,” continued Flay, “turned on me in a world of cats in Maine Coon (including Nacho) … A gift that I will have forever.”
He accompanied the tribute with a smiling photo of Burrell tightening his two cats, which inspired Flay’s love for the felines.
In fact, just one day before the death of Burrell, Flay had shared an update on his fur baby in honor of the Father’s Day.
“Made by Nacho’s recipe: Take a chef, add a life cat obsession, simmer for decades,” he wrote on Instagram. “This is what Cat-Dad-Since-Forever looks like.”
