The former far -right president is accused of having used the Brazil intelligence agency to carry out illegal espionage.
Brazilian federal police officially accused the former far -right president Jair Bolsonaro involvement in an illegal spy network that would have seen political rivals, journalists and environmentalists during his administration.

The agency was also used to illegally spy on the tax auditors who were investigating the president’s eldest son, Flavio Bolsonaro, according to the prosecutors. The names of the senior officials of the Brazilian Institute of the Environment and the Natural Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA) also appeared on the list.
