As revealed in the second season of the Netflix series America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys CheerleadersTeam members will receive a salary increase of approximately 400% before the 2025 NFL season, by The New York Times.
Although the episode of the series does not share exact figures for what team members will now do, the former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader Jada McLean described the increase as “a radical change” of the exit, noting that it could help the members of the financial security team.
