The oldest manager of Scottish Première, David Martindale, signed a new agreement in Livingston until 2027, with the option for another year.
The 51 -year -old man, who initially joined the club as a volunteer in 2014, is in his sixth season in charge of the West Lothian Club.
Livingston beat Ross County in the play-offs to guarantee promotion after a single season at the second level.

The club is now under a new property, Calvin Ford taking the post of president and majority shareholder earlier this year.
By signing the agreement, Martindale said: “I knew that when Calvin and the board of directors said they would like me to stay in Livingston, there would be only one result.
“During the previous seasons, it had been very difficult for all of us to the club and I will remain forever grateful to Dave Black, John Ward and John Mcilvogue to have allowed me to try to bring the club to Prime Minister.
“I had it in my head that if we could bring the club back to the Prime Minister, it would probably be my last season with Livingston and allow me to leave the club in the best possible position.

“But when Calvin and his team have entered, it gave everyone to the club a massive elevator and the more we were talking about and worked together, the more my appetite grew to be part of this – as long as they felt that they wanted me to stay in Livingston.
“So when Calvin and the board of directors came into contact and suggested that they would like me to stay at the club, it was a very easy decision and a very easy process.
“I feel a real honor and a privilege of being the director of Livingston FC and my desire to do everything I can for this club have only been stronger as the months have passed.
“I would like to thank the president and the current advice for having put their confidence in me and my team. I can say with confidence that we will do everything in our power to try to take Livingston FC to new heights.”
