Israel has launched a new field operation in Gaza, recovering the territory he gave in as part of a now broken ceasefire and threatening new military strengths if Hamas does not release its remaining hostages in the band.

The ground maneuvers one day come after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu put an end to the truce, launching large air strikes which killed more than 400 people in Gaza in what was one of the deadliest days which since the start of the war 17 months ago.

“Air Force’s attack on Hamas terrorists was only the first step,” said Israel Katz, Minister of Defense, threatening the “complete destruction” of the besieged enclave.

“If all Israeli hostages are not released and Hamas is not eliminated from Gaza, Israel will act with a force that you have never known before,” he said in a statement.

The Israeli army has expressed forced evacuation orders to the Palestinians, telling them to flee east of Khan Younis in the south of Gaza, and said that his troops had regained control of the so-called Netzarim corridor, which divides Gaza between North and South.

The last offensive ended the two-month fragile ceasefire in which Hamas has released dozens of hostages and Israel withdrew from the band.

The multi -phase agreement, which was to lead to a permanent end of the war and the freedom of the remaining captives, decomposed after Israel made new requests from Hamas.

Netanyahu earlier this month ordered a full seat in Gaza and blamed the group for refusing to accept a new, more difficult proposal to release in front of many remaining 59 hostages – of which approximately two dozen are still considered alive – without agreeing to end the war.

Local health officials say that more than 48,000 people have been killed since Israel began his offensive in response to the attack on Hamas on October 7, 2023 against the country, in which activists killed 1,200 people and took 250 other hostages.
