Adrien Saddier won a first world tour of the DP with a two -stroke victory at the Italian Open.
Making his 200th appearance in the tour, the 33 -year -old French man lost ground on the first nine after following a Birdie in the second with bogeys in the fourth and eighth.
However, he really found his stride on the nine rear, where a series of four birdies in five holes of the 10 saw him climbing to the top of the classification.
“It was an expectation. It was long to finally have the trophy in my hands,” said Saddier.
“But sometimes you have to work hard and go through dark moments, you have to appreciate the trip.”
Saddier then gave another gain on the 16th to open a three-stroke advantage and allowed the last two holes to make a four under 66 and mark its historical appearance in the best possible way.

He finished 14 under the peer, two shots in front of his compatriot Martin Couvra, who had taken an advance at a time in the closing tour.
Couvra had four birdies with three Bogeys on Sunday on the road to a last round 69.
Saddier and Couvra won places in the British open field in Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland next month.
Dan Bradbury, in Scotland, and England, shared third out of 10 under the peer, while Clement France Clement Sordet and Nicolai von Dellingsen in Germany finished the fifth spouse of another kick.
