Kayla, 34, seemed to be surprised by the romantic moment, fixing the new rock on her finger with disbelief while Jason was looking in happiness.
The pair – which was first romantic linked in October 2023 – kissed before sitting at a table overlooking the garden, Jason gently holding Kayla’s hand like a bottle of refrigerated champagne in a bucket of ice behind them.
