Kristin Chenoweth made a thunderous version of the national anthem during the NBA final.
The winner of the Emmy and Tony prize sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” Before Oklahoma City, Thunder organized the Indiana Pacers at the Paycc Center in decisive match 7 of the NBA final on Sunday.
Chenoweth, from Oklahoma, kept the song standard enough for the first half of the performance before starting to hit notes that reminded everyone what she was able to do.

Although fascinating, Chenuweth’s performance did not completely steal the Thunder from Thunder: the team eliminated the Pacers, 103-91, to win the NBA title. He marks the second time that the franchise has won the championship. The team, which moved to Oklahoma City in 2008, won it in 1979 when it was the Seattle Supersonics.
