“It is a beautiful balance where it is, if you allow yourself to have something, you can enjoy it without training and injuring yourself,” said Lizzo in a recent interview with Health of women. “I’m so proud of myself to have overcome this.”

And the 37 -year -old woman pointed out that her good state of mind did not hesitate during her trip.

“Body positivity has nothing to do with the fact of staying the same,” she said. “Body positivity is the radical act to dare to exist loudly and proudly in a society that has told you that you should not exist.”

As Lizzo said, “I have the same belly, the same thighs – I think I’m just a smaller version.”
