The Nvidia G-Sync will soon work with the latest Samsung Oled televisions for a better game experience on the big screen. TVs in the S95F series, which Will be the first to obtain the update, and the rest of the OLED 2025 models will follow later this year. G-SYNC compatibility is intended to help games to work more easily on televisions, which means that their refresh rates correspond to the Image frequency of the GPU.
In the announcement, Kevin Lee, executive vice-president of the Samsung Display customer experience team, said that this would provide “elite level performance for the most competitive players”. Samsung began to ship its S95F flagship televisions in April alongside its other new OLED, S90F and S85F models. Each is available in a handful of sizes, up to 83 inches. The OLED range also offers AMD Freesync Premium Pro Support, Auto Low slowness and AI Auto game mode, which is designed to modify the image and sound to best adapt the whole game you play.
The announcement comes while Computex 2025 begins in Taiwan. The exhibition takes place from May 20 to 23 and will focus strongly on AI this year.
