Sean “Diddy” Combs reveals whether or not to testify in a rare message in court
Sean “Diddy” Comb Choose not to testify in court.
During the seventh week of his trial on sexual traffic, the rapper made a rare declaration before the court, saying to the judge Arun Subramanian that he chose not to testify.
After the judge asked Combres to confirm that he would not testify, saying if he had chosen not to do so: “There will be no inference.”
And Combs has checked that it would not officially address the courtroom.
“We discussed it in depth, this is my decision,” said Combs about not testifying. “It’s totally my decision, I do it.”
Before confirming that he would not testify, Combs – who pleaded not guilty of sexual trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, racket conspiracy and sexual traffic by force, fraud or coercion – also addressed another question from the judge: how he felt.
“I’m fine, your honor,” he told Subramanian. “I wanted to say thank you, you are doing a great job.”
While Combs will not take the position, several figures have testified against the artist “I’m going to miss”, including ex Cassie Ventura,, Danity Kane alum Dawn Richard and rapper Kid cudias well as many personal employees since The trial started in mid-May.
