Four people, including a New York police officer, were killed when a shooter opened fire in a skyscraper from Midtown Manhattan which houses the NFL seat. The officials claim that the suspect, identified by the police as a 27-year-old man from Las Vegas, died of a self-inflicted gunshot and left a note that mentions the CTE and expresses the anger that his mental illness can be linked to the football game. Erin McLaughlin de NBC reports today.
