The former receiver of Las Vegas Raiders, Henry Ruggs III Role in a car accident in 2021 which left a dead woman.
Ruggs, 26, obtained a special prison release to speak during a Hope for Prisoners event, the group said in an article on Facebook.

The former NFL athlete, who attended the University of Alabama, was drafted by raiders in 2020, but was abandoned from the team of hours after the accident. Ruggs said he would once again love the opportunity to play football and would be open to return to the Raiders.
“I would love to come and go out graciously,” he said. “I don’t feel like I have finished the terms that make sense to me and that I appreciate.”
