The “Rust” crew regulates the trial against film producers and Alec Baldwin in a deadly shooting



Santa Fe, NM – A regulation was concluded in the civil trial alleging negligence in the deadly filming of a director of photography on the set of the Western film “Rust”, according to legal documents published on Friday.

The trial was brought by three “rust” crew members requesting compensation for the emotional distress of “rust” producers, including Alec Baldwin as a co -producer and main actor.

The civil prosecution accused producers of not having respected the safety rules of the industry – the allegations they have denied.

The conditions of the regulations were not available. The lawyers of producers of “rust” and complainants could not be immediately attached by phone or by e-mail.

The complainants of the trial included Ross Addiego, a first -line crew member who witnessed the deadly Filming of Halyna Hutchins at Close during a rehearsal in October 2021 on a ranch of films on the outskirts of Santa Fe.

An accusation of manslaughter against Baldwin was dismissed at the trial last year on allegations that the police and prosecutors have retained proof of the defense.
