The training sessions created by Tonal will adapt to your daily progress

Tonal, the introduced a new feature which, according to the company, uses “advanced AI” to improve your training sessions. The functionality is called Daily Lift, and it analyzes your elevators and recent recovery, then builds a personalized training plan that adapts to you daily. Each day, a user can withdraw a personalized force training session which is based on their most recent data with just a tap.

Tonal says that these training sessions are built using the same training methodology on which Tonal coaches count. Training sessions are intended to provide new movements and new challenges to expose the user to a variety of different exercises.
