The son of a woman from California is continuing Trump’s international hotels for alleged negligence, saying that a door of the Trump Las Vegas Hotel made him fall and die later.
The unjustified death trial says that the woman, Diana Truschke of the San Francisco Bay region, was in the 70 years when she was struck from behind by a rotating door of the hotel which accelerated by “violently” the ejection and forcing it to fall and strike her face.
THE Las Vegas Journal was the first to report on the case.
The fall caused unpertified but serious and permanent injuries which required continuous and in -depth treatment, according to the prosecution. On October 14, 2024, Truschke died “due to complications from his injuries” which arose from the alleged negligence of the hotel, he said.
She was 78 years old at the time of her death, he said.
The Trump organization, the family business led by President Donald Trump, who is the mother -owned company of Trump hotels, did not immediately respond to a comment request on Tuesday evening.
The prosecution was filed on behalf of the succession of the woman and her administrator – her unique son and heir, John Truschke – in the county of Clark, Nevada, civil court on March 18.
He alleges that the rotating door did not comply with laws and regulations and was in a dangerous state at the time. The hotel should have been aware that it “did not work properly”, according to the costume.
Diana Truschke was a real estate agent in the county of San Mateo, a coastal region just south of San Francisco.
The costume said that at the time of its fall, it was the owner of Trump Hotel Las Vegas, a height of 64 floors which opened its doors in 2008 with accommodation and condominiums at the northern end of the famous city band.
The pursuit requires damages for medical and funeral costs, as well as damage to pain and suffering.
