Tropical depression throws rain in eastern Mexico while tropical offenses on the storm flossia off the west coast

Miami – A depression which was previously Tropical Storm Barry threw the rain on the eastern Mexico Sunday evening while the tropical storm flossia was prepared off its southwest Pacific coast.

The weakening and ill -defined depression occurred on the ground south of Tampico with sustained maximum winds of 35 MPH, said the National Center of American Hurricane in Miami. He moved northwest to 9 mPh. All tropical storm warnings and watches were raised, but precipitation and a risk of flood were expected until Monday.

In the Pacific, the tropical flossia maintained the force early on Monday with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph. It was centered at around 195 miles in the south-southwest of Acapulco and moved to the northwest at 9 mph.

A tropical storm watch remained in force for the southwest coast of Mexico from Zihuatanejo in Corrientes Cabo. A watch means that tropical storm conditions are possible in the area within two days.

Flossie should intensify quickly into a hurricane late Monday or Tuesday, then skirt on the coast for a few days. While its center should remain offshore, the moderate rain was probably in parts of Oaxaca, Guerrero, Michoacán, Colima and Jalisco until the beginning of next week.
