O’Donnell says that the American republican president hates her because she sees him “for whom he is – a criminal crook”.
President of the United States Donald Trump said he could revoke the host of Talk-show Rosie O’Donnell’s US Citizenship after criticizing the management of his administration of weather forecast agencies following the Mortal Floods in Texas.
Trump’s threats are the last salvo of a quarrel of several years that the two led to social networks.
“Due to the fact that Rosie O’Donnell is not in the best interest of our big country, I seriously care to take away his citizenship,” wrote the American president on his social platform Truth.
Trump has long called for mass expulsion of undocumented immigrants, but in recent weeks, he has suggested that he would withdraw American citizens with whom he does not agree from the country.
“It is a threat to humanity and should stay in the wonderful country of Ireland, if they want. May God bless America! ” Trump wrote.
Under the law, a president cannot revoke the citizenship of an American born in the United States. O’Donnell was born in New York State.
The last Trump stroke in O’Donnell seemed to be in response to a tiktok video that she published this month, in mourning the 119 deaths in the July 4 In Texas and blame Trump’s widespread cuts to environmental and scientific agencies involved in forecasting major natural disasters.
“What a horror story in Texas,” said O’Donnell in the video. “And you know, when the president empties all early alert systems and the forecasting capacities of the alteration of the government, these are the results that we will start to see daily.”
The Trump administration, as well as local and state officials, faced growing questions on the question of whether more could have been done to protect and warn residents before the flood of Texas, which killed at least 120 people earlier this month.
Trump visited Texas on Friday and defended the government’s response to the disaster, saying that his agencies “were doing incredible work in the circumstances”.
O’Donnell replied To the threat of Trump in two messages on his Instagram account, saying: “The President of the United States has always hated the fact that I see him for whom he is – a man of criminal conduct abusing liar to harm our nation to use.”
She added that he opposes her because she “stands in direct opposition with everything he represents”.
O’Donnell has been a long -standing target for insults and Trump blows.
In 2014, when she talked about her weight loss journey, Trump said on X that “she felt” shame “of being politically fatty! She killed the star Jones for weight loss surgery, I just got it! ”
During Trump’s first presidency, O’Donnell told W magazine that she feared if she could “live” her presidency.
After the inauguration of Trump for her second presidential term in January of this year, she moved to Ireland earlier this year with her 12 -year -old son.
In a video of Mars Tiktok, she said that she would return to the United States “when he is sure that all citizens have equal rights in America”.
Earlier this month, Trump said he could consider options to expel his former collaborator who has become critical, Elon MuskA naturalized American citizen.
And last month, the White House said that the Democratic candidates for the mayor of New York Zohran Mamdani supported “terrorism” in the past “should be the subject of an investigation”, with the intention of revoking its citizenship.
