Sports President Frederico Varandas confirmed that striker Viktor Gykerres would face disciplinary procedures at the club after failing training on Saturday.
Gykerres was to come back for pre-season training on July 12, after the club gave him permission to delay his return.

After joining Sporting de Coventry for about 20 million pounds sterling in 2023, Gyokerres scored 97 goals in 102 games during his two seasons in Portugal.
