For the Palestinians who have managed to leave, the decision to stay and risk death or abandon their homes and their loved ones is dying. Many others are desperate to escape, but have no way out. So what become of those who go out? How do they continue after such a deep trauma, while fearing for the families and friends they have left on behalf of war? And will they never really heal?
